Pre-design and user engagement is one of our areas of specialty; we assess needs, analyze current layouts, manage changes, and prioritize function - creating a cohesive, efficient, and effective environment.

Code Assessments
DRKR performs existing Building Condition and Code Assessments, specializing in heritage architecture and building envelope systems. Our in-house expertise allow us to provide systematic reviews of our client’s assets to make informed decisions about renewals and requirements.
